Chuck & Don's, a regional pet food and supply company, needed some help driving foot traffic and sales to their stores in the Denver market.
Sales in the Denver market had been down for three straight months, and traditional tactics were not reaching or resonating with prospects and current customers.
Our creative approach was to communicate quality in the brand, product selection, and a very high-level of customer service within their stores and online. Using a targeted email campaign, digital banners, and a streaming (Pandora) radio buy, we did just that. Digital performance was up year-over-year, and many customers found themselves at the cash register.
